Well, as a fellow Yalie, Lanny has been quite charitable in his comments about President Bush.

Lanny is despised on this forum, but you're right about that. I'll give Lanny credit for something else as well. He at least has the guts to go on places like Hannity's radio show and defend his views. He doesn't hide behind the protective media cloak like so many others.

Lanny Davis made his name warning Al Gore about Bush, telling them (and screaming at them) that the guy isn't dumb, its an act and they are going to underestimate him and lose.

They didn't listen, not so ironically, he tried to warn the Kerry campaign, they also didn't listen.

Honestly, at first glance I thought it read, "President Bush Appoints Lenny Kravitz" to something-or-other.

Lanny Davis is highly educated but otherwise typical trial lawyer scum. If his lips are moving, he is lying. As a fellow Yalie, I condemn President Bush for appointing Davis to any position other than toilet attendant at the Lincoln Memorial.

Does this take Lanny out of the talking head Democrat go-to list? I would think it does.

D.C. is an incestuous town. Especially at the higher end of the D.C. bar.

Lanny is a lying, shifty scumbag. There is no question or issue where his position can't be predicted. He will ALWAYS answer with the pro-Clinton, anti-American side. He might not be as weaselly obnoxious as Begala or Emanuel or McAuliffe, but the result is ALWAYS the same!! Lanny will ALWAYS mouth the crapweasel talking points for the day. He is incapable of independent or honest thought!!

The release doesn't say. I suppose it's to ensure our rights aren't being violated in the war on terror.

I realize that Lanny Davis knows President Bush and doesn't speak badly about him publicly.

However, as part of the Clinton administration, which REGULARLY invaded citizen's privacy, I find it disturbing that Davis was appointed to this Commission. VERY disturbing.

Lanny Davis is scum of the Earth. The President is letting in thieves to his den. We lost the war on terrorism over the Koran and now we lost the war of ideology.

Why did we elect this guy, GWB, if he would do these things? Time to find a new political party.
