...

P.P.S.: I emailed Michael Kranish of the Globe on Tuesday--

Polipundit speculates there were a hundred pages in the file but that you didn't get them all. ... [link omitted] I assume you did, but wanted to check--the article I saw wasn't clear. Did you get 100 pages?

I got back the following email:

this was in our story:

On May 20, Kerry signed a document called Standard Form 180, authorizing the Navy to send an ''undeleted" copy of his ''complete military service record and medical record" to the Globe.

Which doesn't exactly answer the 100 pages question, does it? Let's assume Kranish is jammed with work and not paying close attention. I've emailed him again. ... 1:32 P.M.

Boston Globe is owned by New York Times.

One writer at the Globe did Kerry's autobiography.

NO WAY should they be considered an impartial source.

They are covering for him.

Man!

Kerry's "releasing" his 180 is so nuanced it's Clintonesque!

Boston Globe Managing Editor Mary Jane Wilkinson, explaining why her paper is not going to make public the Kerry military records it has received:

If ever there was a good example of liberal media bias the Globe is it.

If the 180 form were for a conservative politician how long would it take to get it into the paper?

The news of Kerry's bad grades at Yale and now this news about his (Partial) military file. All of this was released, basically, in the same time period.

This is Clinton all over again. Billy Jeff has to be proud.

The libs have fallen asleep on the snooze button of reality and common sense. To have a idiot such as Kerry for a hero is so ridiculous! Kerry still makes my blood boil, even more because he just won't go crawl away like a good little looser.

As Kerry says, "Ha Ha, I signed my Form 180 but I had my fingers crossed"

"..A Navy spokesman, Lieutenant Commander Daniel Hernandez, said the waiver applied only to the Boston Globe and did not authorize release of Mr. Kerry's records to the public.

"Kerry controls the release of his records," Commander Hernandez said yesterday. "You have to talk to his office.".."

This is no waiver at all. The Boston Globe was the Kerry campaign secretarial service for all practical purposes. Their coverage was so pro Kerry they have no claim to objectivity, not that that is a problem for them.

Sounds familiar:Kerry signed the release for the 180 before he told the Boston Globe not to use all of it.

This doofus is hiding more than a shameful 77 in French.

More proof that Kerry be a verifiable dummy. He should forget about moving up and start spending the loot-- before Madam Heinz give him the boot.

This "release" of Traitor John's "records" is a fairly lame attempt to dispel the questions regarding his self-proclaimed "War Hero" status. He released nothing that puts the questions about his alleged heroism and the nature of his discharge to rest.

All he did was to raise more questions. Come on, Hanoi John Kerry, what are you hiding? I think we all know anyway so why not get it all out in the open?

Oops I almost forgot, you're a dedicated leftist, so full disclosure is not in your vocabulary.

frenchie, living in the past, still thinks the ratmedia runs the new cycle in this country. He still believes he can open his mouth, have essentially nothing come out, and have the ratmedia clean it up. Remember when clinocchio used to claim he got "news" about him in the newspapers? He wasn't lying for a change. What he was really saying was "I don't know what lies they cooked up FOR me, I'll have to check." Foolish frenchie!:it's over and you and the ratmedia lost.

This is the equivalent of GWB releasing his Air National Guard records to "The National Review." The rest of the Media wouldn't stand for this, and neither should we.

As others have observed, the Boston Globe is 'invested' in John Kerry. Kerry is hoping this cute little maneuver will bury the story so that he can shuck & jive through another election cycle. I don't think that it will work...even if he weren't competing with Queen Hillary.
