...'He then wandered into cuckoo-clock territory by bringing up the latest effort of administration critics to prove the president--and presumably the British prime minister--lied about Iraq. Kerry told the audience he was puzzled as to why Americans and the major news media aren't more interested in the "Downing Street Memo," the leaked minutes from a July 23, 2002 cabinet meeting of Prime Minister Blair published in the Sunday Times of London shortly before British voters reelected him last month. ....

Now isn't that the height of elitist arrogance?! So anyone who didn't vote for Kerry was ignorant. How about relieving some of our "ignorance", Kerry, and sign over a form 180 for ALL records located at ALL sources for ALL the media to examine? Not that interested in relieving "ignorance" now, are you Kerry?

Kerry told the audience he was puzzled as to why Americans and the major news media aren't more interested in the "Downing Street Memo,Because there is no there there John. You, who have just recently been revealed to be more intelligent than a chimp should realize that its a memo.....not minutes of a meeting.... Its impressions of an aide of the impressions of British-cabinet officials of the impressions of unnamed people they spoke to in the United States about what they thought the president was thinking.

too many voters were, basically, ignoramuses
Ha, I guess that the grades that he got while in college shows who the ignoramuse is.

Hmm...Wasn't there huge fanfare over the weekend that Kerry was to dramatically present the "Downing Street Memo" to Congress on Monday?
Must have slipped his mind.
On another point raised by the article, if the media HAD told the truth about Iraq -- shown the schools, power plants and other improvements that we have made to the country in a very short time -- President Bush would have received MORE support. It's that truth that the MSM is terrified of showing.

Would it be in really poor taste to put Kerry, Gore, and Dean together in a room with a mic and TV camera and just get a bag of popcorn, sit back, and watch and listen and laugh?

As much as I despised Tom Daschle at least, as far as I know, he went away after leaving office. Haven't been hearing from him. Now if only these other losers would follow his lead.
