Thats why he should get longer. Hopefully he won't kill anyone, but he will only be 22 when he gets out. That is still too young for someone as criminally inclined as mad dog. Let him out when he's 42 and everyone would feel a bit safer.

He will get out far before he's 22... maybe two or three years..
