PRICELESS MOVEON SCREW-UP

Moveon.org, the leftist political action committee that makes a lot of noise and raises a lot of money, but wins few elections, screwed up royally the other day. This is quite amusing...and it points out what happens when you don't observe the six P's....prior planning prevents p*** poor performance. So what did they do?

On June 1, Moveon.org decided it was time to protest Congressman Mike Rogers' ties to Tom DeLay at his office in his Michigan district. About 20 people gathered, armed with various financial records that showed contributions back and forth between Rogers and DeLay. That's right...the mean, evil Tom DeLay...this Rogers' character was in for quite a surprise.

The only problem? They had the wrong Mike Rogers. Not only was it the wrong Mike Rogers, but they were in the wrong state. They wanted Congressman Mike Rogers from Alabama. That's quite a haul from Lansing to Alabama.

No word if they made the trip to the right office.

It was great fun for me seeing that fool Keith Olberman showing footage of that DeLay dinner awhile back, the tone being that the Republicans were either desperately polishing his image, or giving him a "retirement" dinner. It never occured to this idiot that he had two completely opposite theories and was dismissing the Republicans for whichever one was true. Kinda like saying "If you say 'yes' you're wrong, but if you say 'no'...you're wrong."

Brit Hume mentioned it this evening. God, I love the Democrats and their allies. They truly are the gift that keeps giving. Sure we have the gang of 7 and a few RINOs but man o man the Democrats are fun!

A secret part of me wants to see them in charge again just to see them explode from trying to please so many idiots in their party! Perhaps then the adults (Republicans) would never ever have to worry about being in the minority again.

Brit Hume mentioned it this evening.

Did you catch Brit's clip about Howard Dean meeting with Dingy Harry in the Capitol this afternoon? As Dean was leaving, he purposely moved to the right to greet a woman who was seated against the wall. The woman smiled, rose and shook Dean's hand. Who was the woman? Mara Liasson, a Fox News Contributor.

I was hoping that Brit would highlight the clip during the panel tonight, but I guess that Brit is more of a gentleman than I am. I tend to go for the jugular.

Fantastic.

I believe that most of Soros' money ends up getting snorted up the noses of his little followers. Gotta support a certain lifestyle...

"Fits in perfectly with the "guilty until proven innocent" folks from Moveon.org."

Hehehe!

What really makes what you said funny is that 'moveon' originated from wanting people to 'move on' during the Clinton scandals, particularly the Clinton trials. They encouraged juvenile delinquency back then, having underage teens wear tee-shirts saying, "I had sex with Bill Clinton", both girls and boys. That was their origin-- encouraging pedaphile slander against the president in order to normalize sexual misconduct.

Savage points out that their funder, who was secret back then, Soros, might be supporting legalized pot in order to keep the masses drugged up and more easilly duped into supporting globalist agendas. While I agree with the Constitutionality of freedom to self-medicate-- even recreationally, the timing is not exactly ideal. Perhaps we should only deregulate drug use after extending the voting age to 45. Then we won't have as many dope-heads live long enough to vote.

The cold rule: one must prove one can survive for 45 years before one can decide the country's course. We all, theoretically, have a chance of reaching that age, so in essense, no one is actually disenfranchized in the long term. Not to mention that it takes 45 years to accumlate 45 years' worth of knowledge. And frankly, naturalized citizens should be here 20 years before voting, IMHO.
