And you can bet that one of these kooks will be nominated for the supreme court in 2-3 years. Hey Ben Nelson, this was really a great deal -- thanks a lot for the kick in balls.

These are relatively young judges. They could end up on the Supreme Court this decade or in the next decade. That to me is the real nuclear option we have with these judges being approved.
