That IS the rationale behind Islamic dress, and - believe it or not - Christians used to believe in modesty and chastity. There's an on-line Islamic clothing store called Shukr, and their womens' clothes are - in my opinion - better looking and more dignified than a lot of the crap that young American women wear.
