The two suspects arrested in connection with the disappearance have just been charged with murder, homicide and kidnapping leading to homicide.
Now it says suspects. It didn't before. I wasn't the only one who was confused if you read the thread.
Then the parents abdicated their duty to protect their children by not hiring people who would SUPERVISE them .. they are very young and very inexperienced.

That's a great point. If the adults were at the restaurant/bar too - who's to say they were in any condition to know what was going on. Very sad.
We can agree on that much definitely. I suspect them more than the guards but then again I am just reacting to gut instinct.

There are reports that this girl went with these guys of her own volition. That was an incredibly stupid thing to do. I'm not saying this gives anyone license to commit crimes against her, but such actions on her part are dangerous whether she's in Aruba or Atlanta. Your obvious bias against anyplace not America makes YOU a cynical person. I am pro-American, just not blindly.

Yes she did "make a bad choice" - but I see a lot of other things that were wrong about this event. Nobody seems to have been paying attention to what she was doing. Allowing her to get in a car with 3 strangers was so negligent - I'm just stunned by it.
