It never ceases to amaze me how many people thing that unless something is specifically mentioned in the Constitution it is not a right.
Such a view is a gross misunderstanding of the Constitution, the purpose of which is to limit government, not to limit people.
Most of us fly through the auspices of an airline. Where is it written or implied that we have the right to fly with a private company?
