Thrown out of school!!! Up to 180 day jail sentence!!!
Wow, this kid is growing up real fast. I think he might learn the meaning of pie. In fact if locked up the big boys he might find out he is the pie.

"What is "neo" about Kristol's conservatism? I'm tired of that label being attached to any conservative that happens to be Jewish."
Actually, the name is attached to Kristol because he advocates an aggressive and meddlesome foreign policy designed to intimidate foreign leaders into backing Washington. It's essentially a new world order style power grab, financed by US tax payers.
The fact that it doesn't work, instead alienating our allies, doesn't faze neocons like Kristol. He is a tax and spend conservative. His Jewishness has nothing to do with it. He would be a pompous, smarmy, jerk regardless of his religion.

No, all it stated what the pie thrower was doing at the university. When reporters profile athletes in college, the first few times, if not more, they will state what the author's major is. If he's like most religion majors I personally knew in college though, he's probably about as indifferent as possible towards most organized religions

And why is that? And why don't you have a sense of humor?

Unless Judge RedRover shows up. He's in a hanging mood.Hmm, friends with Judge Roy Bean, are you?

Is he an Injun?
Well, there was a tribe in A Handful of Dust called the Pie-wie.

Years ago, I was a foot away from Anita Bryant when she caught a banana cream pie square in the kisser.

Being kicked out of school is fine - but he can then just go to another school and do it again.
This trial and others coming up (Ann's), will help to put a criminal face on this type of activity. This is not activism .. this is assault!

I guess they think it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

I don't guess you've ever given a speech and been hit with something thrown from the audience. It's scary as hell.
The fact that Kristol could keep going says a great deal about his mental ability--and his nerve.

"He is a tax and spend conservative"
I must have missed that. Did he oppose the Reagan tax cuts? or Bush tax cuts?

I guess they think it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye. Guess that would be the literal reading of an eye for an eye.

No, he just believes in spending money at a rate that makes tax cuts financially and politically impossible.

You may be right, but what I'm asking is what is your basis for saying that?

The 2005 Bush budget, which is the largest in history to the point of obscenity. Kristol wants even more money than that to spend on foreign aid and intervention. You must not know very much about Kristol if you are not aware of his enthusiasm for wasting money on foreign intervention.

You're right about the 2005 budget... but your condemnation in that case needs to be made against Bush and the Republican congress as well as Kristol.

"superficial dialogue with no real chance for debate."
Hey, Nimrod...kinda hard to have a debate or communicate ideas if you're disrupting the process. Since you've been kicked out of school, you'll have time to "debate" this with yourself in front of a mirror.
