The decision appeals to some in the right-wing. Yeah, the authoritarians who don't give a damn about the Constitution, as I already said. Just because they support it, doesn't make the decision any less leftist. I don't know why you're harping on this. The decision comes from the Court's left wing. Deal with it.

It's very hard to deal with. The case was before the court because Ashcroft, a Republican, intitiated the action that put it there. The liberal justices on the court sided with the liberal (republican?) administration.
Many of us feel that our party no longer supports and defends the constitution. Small government is out and liberal big government is in...Even in our own party!
