Good points. They're even more relevant since it is the government entering into the medical marketplace that has so screwed things up. When they decided to pay for medical benefits to the elderly, they developed a big stake in limiting the market prices. Now they want to cut anything they can, to keep that system afloat, even extending into areas that are not their own concern.
Don't doubt for a moment the weasels at private insurance companies aren't whining up a storm to their representatives. Thanks for the comments.
