But honestly, the FEDS won't go along with this. The FEDS being the "Postal Service." They don't have the time nor the help to go over every piece of mail and boxes. The lawmakers are sick in the head and they are way over the top!
It kinda' takes the wind out of "through snow, sleet, rain, or hail" doesn't it?
After all, delivery services are making a killing with profits, while the USPS is losing money.
I wonder where it goes?
They have good service but just can't seem to break that cost of doing business thingy.
Just like that tax payer funded guaranteed retirement program...
