Yeah before Reagan we had the problems of double-digit inflation, unemployment, and interest rates. Economic growth was stagnant.
After Reagan we had negligible inflation, low interest rates, low unemployment, and we're still seeing the economic growth. I see what the University of Vermont means... /Sarchasm
