I presume after this, regardless of the verdict, it will be appealed to the Washington state Supreme Court.

"If Rossi gets his way with Bridges and the state Supreme Court, he'll meet Gregoire in a rematch election this fall."

I think a rematch is very reasonable. I hope they'll get it and Rossi beats Gregoire by a landslide this time -- if Republicans make sure the Dems can't perpetrate their usual election fraud.

So do I. Under the circumstances, what's unfair about another election?

The article says Gregoire has been governing as though she won in a landslide. Anybody know how her leadership is going over with the people of the state?

Governor Dino Rossi of Washington State, ousted in massive vote fraud by a Kings County (Seattle) democrat party coup d'etat. This is part of a coordinated national criminal campaign by the democrats, coming soon to an election near you.

I'd actually like to see him lose the court fight and then run Maria Cantwell out of her Senate office next year. Another Republican senator will put us that much closer to 60.

The supposed Governor of our state has raised or instituted almost 100 tax rates, including a 33% gas tax raise. On top of that, they claimed an "Emergency" clause on every one of they so that "We the People" couldn't do a referendum on these taxes.

The People are not amused.

Looks as though for that last count, the Dimwitcrats brought in the Dailey machine from Cook County.

1. Rossi is ahead, keep counting.

2. Rossi is still ahead, keep recounting.

3. Rossi is still ahead, keep recounting.

4. Rossi is still ahead, keep recounting.

5. Gregoire is ahead, quit counting, quit counting!

Unfortunately, I think the judge errored in saying that they needed to prove that the illegal votes actually gave Gregoire the election, unlike in most cases, where the ruling was just that you had to prove more bad votes then the margin of victory, which we could do 15X over.

The R's did their best, but the situation is extremely difficult. They actually had the D's arguing that we don't know who won, that was essentially what they were arguing the entire time. I'm not sure they were quite able to prove it though, and I think the judge will rule against us. Hope I'm wrong, but that's what I think.

That said, God only knows what the Washington Supreme Court will do. I think we have a better shot at that election.

The Senate is useless; just a bunch of perfumed, preening dinosaurs wasting time and money - this is much more important.

C'mon, judge - Ditch the Bitch!

"I think he's done a hell of a job." -Former Democratic Gov. Booth Gardner, who appointed Bridges to the bench in 1988.

"He's very thoughtful. I believe he is bending over backwards to give each side the opportunity to make their case." -Paul Berendt, chairman of the state Democratic Party.

In other words...............GOOD LUCK!

"Gregoire has been governing as though she won in a landslide"

And .. the media is silent about it (even with only 129 votes more than his opponent) .. but when Bush governed like he actually won the election .. the media chided him as not having a mandate (while he had over 3 million votes than his opponent). Typical!

He said the most important part of the trial was "shining a light on a bad problem" — the problem of election errors.

The problem is certain political party.
