And Representative King has been part of the problem facing the Army in the past decade: too many missions for too few troops. Now he wants to add another mission--but not any troops. He's another guy who talks much, does little, and isn't willing to do hard work.

Uhmm...more evidence you don't have any idea what you're spouting. Congressman King was only elected four years ago, and is only now beginning to get traction in the body. No one delivers like he does for the conservative cause, or outworks him.
