Those sugar barons get no sympathy from me. We pay over three times the world price for sugar. Ever wonder why Coke and other soft drink makers switched over to corn syrup? Because it was cheaper! I like the old sugar drinks better and miss them.

Thats really funny. Do you know where the sugar barons really are? They are in Brazil. Guess who is petitioning the WTO to remove protections from our farmers? Brazil. Guess who subsidizes their own sugar production? Brazil.

Go figure. "Free trade" all about hating America and giving money to the third world.
