But HIV was (still is if you have unprotected sex) a major risk to all, especially in the 1980s before blood banks were tested.

Any fast mutating disease IS a risk to all. HIV/AIDS is a risk to all, except those who get tested, then marry and stay faithful for a lifetime, don't use iv drugs and avoid contact with others' blood. Africa shows us how fast it can sweep through a community.

That isn't the half of it.

At the same time they closed off routine testing for it and and managed to forbid any disclosure of those infected.

As the father of two nurses, I was especially outraged by the latter!

The power of this tiny group of perverts is absolutely unbelievable!
