In yesterday's speech at a liberal cattle call DNC Chairman Howard Dean accused Republicans of failing to earn an "honest living":
Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean yesterday said many Republicans don't make an "honest living" -- the sharpest barb in a campaign-style speech to a conference of liberal activists.
Speaking to the Campaign for America's Future, Mr. Dean called for easier rules for voting, saying it is difficult for working parents to make it to the polls on time and wait to vote.
"Well, Republicans, I guess, can do that, because a lot of them have never made an honest living in their lives," Mr. Dean said. "But for ordinary working people, who have to work eight hours a day, they have kids, they got to get home to those kids, the idea of making them stand for eight hours to cast their ballot for democracy is wrong."
The Democratic National Committee later defended the former Vermont governor's remarks as a comment on the state of the economy.

He is really a Republican Operative you know. It just isn't possible for a leader of a national party to be that dumb. Of course I have been wrong once or twice before.

Republican's don't earn an honest living, but I want you all to be slaves of the government. After all, Hillary, Teddy and many others of us can't wait for SOCIALISM.

This is pretty rich coming from a guy who refuses to make public files from his time as governor.
At least I'm not a political whore. Dean seems to have crossed that line. To me, that isn't an honest living at all.

Dean is the gift that keeps on giving...he showed the country how wacko the Democratic base is during the 2004 election, now he is getting his ass kicked in fund raising...Keep him, Democrats, please!
