Thank you Cindy for making that link clickable. Couldn't help but wonder how underfunded law enforcement departments will function in the event of catastrophe (terrorist or otherwise) in the face of chaos and violence should there be other terrorist attacks here (of whatever type).
A_D is quite correct, we need to make sure we have adequate "protection" for our own homes and families.
