indeed, I believe it is his group that did this. it simply goes to show you that you cannot use a western style criminal justice system to go after people like this. we are at war with these people - whether we find them on the battlefield in afghanistan or in the sunni triangle, or at at airport in chicago, or in london - they are enemy combatants, not criminals.
