AVAILABLE IN STORES EVERYWHERE! Terrorists can acquire chemical and biological agents easily from public sources. Until recently biological cultures could be ordered over the internet. 2. EVERYDAY LOW DISCOUNT PRICES! Unsophisticated CB weapons can be acquired for a very small amount of money compared to what's necessary for a nuclear weapon. 3. NO ROAMING CHARGES: Small quantities of CBW's can create a mass effect over a broad area. However many Biotoxins don't need a mass area, but will spread themselves through contact transfer, airborne carry or human infection. 4. TASTES GREAT LESS FILLING! Most CBW's have little or no taste, odor or color. 5. WON'T HARM CARPETS: Unlike explosive devices or nuclear weapons, CBW's harm only people; nearby areas can be rather easily decontaminated after an attack. 6. WORKS WHILE YOU SLEEP: The "persistence" of CBW's is an attractive factor in their use as weapons. Unless a decontamination team or an antidote is available, the weapon will continue to kill for some time after use. 7. TESTED AND EFFECTIVE: Most info on CBW capabilities and advances comes from the military which has organized and categorized for over a century. Effects are well known. 8. WHAT WE DON'T KNOW WILL KILL US: The first indicator of an attack may well be the initial deaths that occur. 9. FOUR OUT OF FIVE DOCTORS RECOMMEND: The scientific community is in full agreement that CBW's are highly effective terrorist tools. 10. BE THE ENVY OF YOUR FRIENDS: Although the capability exists for terrorist use of CBW's, the number of serious incidents has been small. |
