If the Average Ashkenazi is 15 points (1 standard deviation) above the average, then should I judge myself against the national average or my "peers"?
Are there any studies in Israel or the US that look at scores of Ashkenazi, Sephardi, Mizrahi, Eastern, and Ethiopian Jews?

Assuming that Ashkenazi Jews dominate, is this cultural or genetic?
