Clinton is like the Peanut in that they were both horrendous Presidents and did considerable damage to the country.
In Clinton's case I see it as active evil, I believe he knew what he was doing and it was all done for the sake of satisfying Bill - in any number of ways. And he was probably trying to keep the screeching harridan by his side quiet as well.
In the Peanut's case, I think he was just completely inept, dumb and naive, as well as a Commie wannabe. And still is. What a complete, utter doofus.

IMHO Peanut as you put it LOL thought and still thinks he would doing the right thing as you say I think he was naive and probably a little deluded. In a way too idealistic and a total disaster as a President.
