How can you possibly know what we all would "probably" do? I wouldn't like to think I'd take advantage of an extremely frail/elderly old man who had shunned this sort of media attention for years. Look, maybe she's taken fabulous care of him, and the garage apartment thing is nothing, could be a palace, but she certainly is enjoying trotting him out for the money. It just seems sort of sad, that's all. When he was in control of his own life, he chose not to talk. Now that he's NOT in control, it appears that she's not respecting his wishes and that's a shame.

You're reading WAY too much into my statement. I was conceding one point to make another - namely, that these questions of propriety aren't the offensive onslaught some people would have us believe.
I agree that there's something unseemly about the WAY some of this has unfolded, even if I can't point to any one thing that is clearly WRONG.
