In Russia video recording and all press activities are allowed, unless it's presenting Mr. Putin or Russia in the unfavorable light...

Russia has rules about filming in certain war areas. Obviously, the Polish film crew violated those rules, and deserve to be disclipined. Remember, it's a war zone.

As fas as I can make it out, they weren't in any war zone. Remember, Osetia is not Chechenya.

I sirously doubt they were filming Russian forces in a way that could threaten their security or whatever your (US) rules are refering to...
