There's a joke about Stalin and his propaganda: The propaganda crew is recording Stalin with children while he's presenting them with candy. One of the boys asks for more. That annoyed Mr. Stalin and he slammed the kid in the face. The director rushed with comment: "And he could have killed him".

Russia has rules about filming in certain war areas. Obviously, the Polish film crew violated those rules, and deserve to be disclipined. Remember, it's a war zone.
