What kind of ice cream do they use in a Fallujah sheikh?
And can you get them at Steikh and Sheikh?

Rebels clash with forces in Fallujah

Friday, May 27, 2005 (Fallujah):

Clashes took place in the Iraqi town of Fallujah late Thursday night between Insurgents and joint Iraqi and American patrols.

Areas of Fallujah town were sealed off with additional patrols and armed vehicles and fighting raged on throughout the night.

A doctor at Fallujah General Hospital said it was treating 18 people injured in the fighting, most of whom were women and children.

This is the first attack on coalition patrols since the major Fallujah offensive in November and December last year. (AP)

I believe what we have here was termed by Erwin Schrodinger an "eigenstate" in which Zarqy is neither dead nor alive but in an indeterminate state whose wave function is not resolved until we actually open the box.

I say nail-gun that sumbitch all the way around and bury it 100 feet deep. I'll accept indeterminacy as long as he don't come back from it.

Iraq Claims Al-Zarqawi Has Been Wounded

The Associated Press

BAGHDAD, Iraq Iraq's defense and interior ministers on Thursday said the government has information that Jordanian-born terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi has been wounded.

"We have information in the Ministry of Interior that al-Zarqawi was wounded, but we don't know how seriously," Interior Minister Bayan Jabr said during a news conference. "We are not sure whether he is dead or not but we are sure that he is injured."

An Internet statement claimed this week that al-Zarqawi had been injured in recent fighting. The statement, posted on a Web site known for carrying extremist material, could not be authenticated. The statement also asked for Muslims to pray for the al-Qaida in Iraq chief.

It seems that Mr. Zarqawi is currently in indeterminate quantum state between alive and dead. This sort of "Schrödinger's Terrorist" situation is not exactly unknown as Mr. Arafat was in this state before his death and Mr. Osama bin Laden is currently in same state.

At least one part of this story is true. There was a fire fight in Fallujah around that time.
