Why is a class trip going outside of our borders in our current state of WOT?

HS seniors go to Mexico to drink and party. It's insane that parents pay for that madness.

Both my children's senior classes cruised to the Caribbean in 2004 and 2005. There was an adult chaperon for every 4 students and they still talk of the wonderful time they had.

Prayers for this young lady and her family.

Great point. The danger is greater than the benefits. Kids have no clue what to look for. They could have went to safer climes.

Right.... exactly my sentiments. What were these parents thinking?

Mountain Brook is an upscale city located proximal to Birmingham, Al.

A class trip to Aruba for some students in Mountain Brook is analagous to lower to middle income kids going to Panama City, Fla. on a class trip.

It's just a matter of zeros.

I pray for her safe return.
