Can I get somebody to help me disagree with Dick Morris, who says that only Condi can beat Hillary? He says someone like Allen or Frist (whom I personally would not vote for in the primaries, but would in the actual election) cannot beat her. I disagree, and maybe only because I want to. =P

hard to comment on the specifics, but most freepers underestimate the level of support she will get. there will be a surge in women votes for her, from independent women attracted to the novelty of electing the first woman president, and young single women who would otherwise not vote, but since its "chic" to elect Hillary, will.
Dick Morris is wrong here. Condi Rice is a great lady, but she will not get the nomination. She has no elective experience and could not make it through the primaries. Frist has completely screwed up his leadership position. I don't think Hitlery will actually even get the 'Rat nomination. I predict George Allen with Condi or Guiliani as his running mate will win. I think the Democratic nominee will be Gephardt or Bayh.

Any reasonable alternative to Hillary making the right promises will appeal to many Americans. Allen or Frist would be a good option there.
However, while I think they COULD win, I won't buy Frist's meek acceptance of the compromise--he gets no vote from me, nohow--and I already said I won't vote for a Senator in the primary unless all the judicial nominations are voted through. Allen's a good man, but I'm keeping my pledge.

I think Sean Hannity is right when he says that if Hitlery became the demon-rat party candidate for POTUS, she would receive less votes than any other candidate in the history of this nation %age wise. I think her motor mouth will be her ultimate undoing. She just can't help but lie, lie, lie, her REAL hubby makes her do it.......ha Satan.
I saw that segment on O'Rielly. Morris also said that he felt that if Nixon would not have been destroyed by Watergate, he would have become a dictator to the point that there would not have been another election. This shocked me. I guess I have been coming to trust Morris because he seems to have a very clear insight into politics.
So, the Hillary plan as I see it: "Deep Throat" drops dime on himself (at Hil's urging?); The media, including Morris, paints a picture of the media saving the country from the evil Nixon; Hillary accuses Bush of wanting absolute power (like Nixon); The Dems, Hil, and the media save us from the Republicans in '08.

Morris is a political whore. He'll offer his services to the highest bidder, and he'd sell his mother in order to make a buck.
I find him to be rather bright and even congenial at times, but first and foremost, he is a scumbag. Whores are tough to recognize at first if they are not operating in the actual gutter. They cannot hide their true nature though.
Hillary is the likely Democrat candidate no doubt, and again that rogue party is going to shoot themselves in the foot. Hillary is radioactive. No chance for her.
Don't listen to anything that he (Morris) has to say concerning the matter.
