I have been over to the White House recently and I have no clue how this guy got around security and over the fence...it is tight as can be over there.
Hey, I'm not in the best of physical shape, but I could get over that fence around the White House.
Wouldn't get very far, mind you, and would probably be scraped up from those sharp pikes...
I guess he was pretty athletic and did it before they could stop him.
