More than a year ago, grisly pictures of the torture chambers of Abu Ghraib came to light, sparking justifiable outrage, particularly throughout the Arab world.

This coming from Ramsey Clark's outfit. The same Ramsey Clark who was the lead apologist for Saddam, who didn't humiliate a few prisoners, but instead executed hundreds of thousands of them.

So, MPCarr, what do you think of this? Quite a post, given that it's your first in a year and a half (and third overall).

Why do I get the feeling that the writer of this may have had an apopletic stroke after he or she finished writing it.

Let's just get down to business.

Weapons of Mass Destruction? Saddam was a weapon of mass destruction and we found the mass graves to prove it.

When Hitler was killing people by the thousands and the US was damned by the world for standing by and doing nothing. Saddam had killed hundreds of thousands and we stepped in and stopped him and we are still damned by the world.

There is a simple solution for dealing with these detainees, stop detaining them, just shoot them down on the battlefield. We rid the world of a terrorists and Amnesty International and these stupid liberals won't have to worry about prisoner abuse.
