Even that's a stretch, since Tripp broke no law. Supposedly, she violated a trust. But she did the right thing, both for Lewinsky and the country.

Based on clinton history, Monica should be on her knees every day in thanks for Linda Tripp. She could have been another clinton statistic.
Linda Tripp was not a sworn gov agent.
