I agree with the President. The American people appreciate that he is willing to push on a problem to solve it, not just let it roll downhill for the next guy. I think the American people appreciate that he's proven to be a man of principle, a man of his word, even when it's not advantageous politically.

As CANDIDATE Gov. Bush, he said, "We've got to enforce our borders." And as President Bush, even after 9/11, he's done NOTHING except talk and playing Clintonesque word-games.
