I'd be stunned if it were the Giants. Their offensive line still isn't very good. Although it would be fun to sweep the Manning boys in the post season.

Bledsoe is still a major upgrade at the quarterback position in Dallas compared to what they've had recently.

I don't. But he mentioned his dad, and since his dad was right, I was agreeable. :)

BTW, since I've made something like a dozen posts to this thread, you may as well add me to the ping list if you would be so kind!

The niners are in their division, but they have a snowball's chance in hell at winning it, no offense to their fans

Ahem -- this should read:

The niners are in their division, but they have a snowball's chance in hell at winning it, no offense no defense, no special teams, nothing there to show to their fans

I imagine it was pretty tough for the LA Rams to play outside in Minnesota in the dead of winter.

I was born in 1976 so I rely on my father's NFL opinions for the years before 1984 when I started watching.

It was tough for a lot of teams. Bud Grant was a master of psychology and when December hit there were few teams who could match us in the Icebox.

Everyone was cold at the Met. But we handled it better.

It was quite the home field advantage they had.

Do the Vikes have a banner for the 1969 NFL championship?

A few days ago there were about 5 pings or so, but in general there most likely will not be more than about 3. Sometimes fewer.
