At today’s press conference representatives of Mosenergo promised to localize consequences of the incident by close of the day. One of the reasons is an abnormal temperature of the spring in Moscow. It is confirmed by a great deal of short circuits that preceded electrical energy breakdown. Despite energy crisis Moscow airports work in normal conditions.
