Nope. He looks pretty bad. I remember when I saw him on TV with Pres. Bush I. The First Bush was a hell of a lot healthier than Clinton.

I'm just amazed at the difference in coloring between his hands and his face - maybe it's just the lighting and not him.
The only time I've seen that much difference is with Michael Jackson.
