11- $2,000 Returned, We Keep the 2 Mil, Meet Bill on AF One with More
12 Hillarys Laundromat at 88 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY
13 - How Is David Rosen Like Sally Field?
14 - Lying Chart of Sandler Was Like Unwelcome Visiting Relative
NOTE: This is the 15th episode in a series of stories regarding the events surrounding Hillary Clintons 2000 Hollywood fundraiser, and the business relationship of entrepreneur Peter Paul, the impeached William Jefferson Clinton, and Hillary Rodham Clinton, perpetrator of the largest campaign finance fraud in the history of Western civilization.
Settle down, everyone. Some of you are disappointed and astounded that David Rosen was acquitted in Los Angeles Federal District Court this morning. Dont get excited. As most of you know, this happens all the time in Los Angeles. This is only one of the battles in the war.
From my perspective, our documentary and Peter Pauls civil case are now even more important if the truth is ever going to be told. Remember that in the 2000 election battle, the Florida Supreme Court decision was only a temporary victory for the forces of darkness.
Pauls civil case will be proceeding when Hillarys last ludicrous appeal is finally tossed. I recommend that you read that document.
Rosen was the sacrificial lamb that luckily avoided the slaughter. A crime was still committed. Maybe some of the jurors didnt pay enough attention. Thats hard to do when you sleep in the jury box.
We still have a whodunit here. There is the outline of a body on the floor and yellow police tape. The jury decided that it wasnt the finance director who did it in the SLM office with the fax machine. Who could have done it?
Was it the colorful guy with the checkbook at Spago? Was it the gay guy with the Porsche at the afternoon tea? Was it the strip club owner with the pasties in Chicago? Was it the Japanese illegal donor who did it with a bag of money at the concert? Was it the Sgt. Schultz treasurer with the phony data in the party office? Or, was it the lamp-throwing screaming woman in the black pantsuit who did it with the FBI files hidden in the stolen sofa?
Despite overwhelming evidence, a Los Angeles jury once again upheld its less than stellar reputation. I had predicted a conviction if the jury had a 180 I.Q. That was for all of them, not individually. Collectively, they did not have a 180 I.Q. In fairness, they would have made the 180 mark if you added in the two alternates. That would have put the jury at about 250, which is in the range of William James Sidis, the most intelligent man to ever inhabit our planet.
There are some things the trial testimony revealed that will be very helpful in the civil suit.
- False reports were filed with the FEC. That is not in dispute.
- False reports have never been corrected.
- Stan Lee Media was not the underwriter of the gala.
- The concert alone is recognized to have cost more than $600,000, although it was really over $800,000.
The witnesses from whom we heard, the evidence presented in court, and other evidence not yet presented in court, are going to make the civil suit very interesting indeed. Some people, such as Hillary Clinton are going to have some explaining to do. This time it will be under oath. This time mouthpiece Howard Wolfson can't speak and spin for her.
Will anyone be prosecuted for perjury in this trial? Although I couldnt see his hands all of the time while he testified, Rosen must have been crossing his fingers while answering many of the questions. Either attorney Rick Madden or David Rosen was lying regarding a meeting that was either held or not held in Pauls office. Madden testified that he met with Paul and Rosen to make it absolutely clear that Paul, not Stan Lee or Stan Lee Media, was the underwriter of the event. Rosen said that meeting never happened. One of those people lied on the stand.
Pauls civil suit was served on campaign treasurer Andrew Grossman prior to his final amended filing on July 30, 2001. Hillary was served through attorney David Kendall prior to that filing. All of the defendants were served by July 11. Included were cancelled checks and information necessary to make a more accurate report to the FEC. Nevertheless, a fraudulent report was again submitted to the FEC.
The final FEC report (not the final amended one) was filed as required by Jan 31, 2001. Paul was astonished when he saw it online in mid-February of 2001. He was not listed, and his almost $2 million in-kind contribution was not listed. Essentially, the Hillary campaign was making him a co-conspirator in the campaign finance fraud. As a donor, the largest donor in history, he wanted it reported properly. Defense attorney Paul Sandler showed us on the screen in court that the donor had that responsibility.
Because of the testimony in the Rosen trial, it will now be more difficult for Hillary and her cohorts to lie in the civil case. People are on record and under oath. The next trial will focus on the person whom they would not go after in this trial Hillary Rodham Clinton, the junior senator from New York. Her day of reckoning will come. In open court, she is going to have to explain the facsimile request for another 100 grand of shakedown cash 11 days after she publicly disavowed Paul and returned his $2,000.
Ray Reggie testified that he heard Aaron Tonken and Rosen complaining about the cost of the production by Gary Smith, who was forced on them by Hillary herself. Paul wanted to hire Dick Clark. Yes, Hillary knew that the concert alone was well in excess of the total that was reported.
Sleep soundly, keep your powder dry, and get ready for the next battle. Unlike the guy in the slow white Bronco who claimed he would get the real killer, this time there is a tenacious and determined man who was victimized by the Clintons and who will not spend his time playing golf. Peter Paul is going to find the real perpetrator. The drops from this bloody glove lead to a 5500-square foot white Dutch Colonial house not far from the Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C.

Hey O.J. got acquitted in L.A., Barney Fife could be a D.A. in L.A...
A Los Angeles jury upholds the tradition. The legal system is broken here.
Oooh, that is one futt-bugly female. When I hate my look in the mirror, I'm gonna look at that photo and feel gorgeous.
That's easy - her hand will burn.
I'll settle for her political career being over - at least her presidential aspirations that is. We all know you can commit murder and still be a U.S. senator.
What is this the gathering of the commie world order? NSNR
No, it was the gathering of Tonken, Paul, Clinton, Gray Davis, and the Secret Service. Bill told Peter that the deal was still on so he needed to give more money to Hillary's campaign.
That's what I expect...but so far, I've only seen it in the movies. Any chance her entire carcass will spontaneously combust??
her Habeas Corpuscles will have some reaction
Thanks Doug. NSNR
Love the screen name. That has to me our motto in this effort.
Jury foreman Michael Johnson, 40, said Rosen did not have the "means or clout" to carry out what the government alleged.
"I truly believe that Rosen's role was as a fundraiser," Johnson said. "He said he wasn't an accountant."
Another juror, Angelo Sanders, 29, said Rosen's calm demeanor on the witness stand helped his cause. "I think everyone thinks he got in over his head," Sanders said.
Doug, we can only pray you're right.
