Thanks. It's been on my chest--and in my face! Had to vent, tried to do it right-eously....
Ping & ponder!!
I like it that way. Good job. :-)
If we had decent education every kid would know that the core of the Bill of Rights and Constitution came from the Bible.

David Barton -- AWESOME
Thanks for the link Blur. Excellent site!
(blush)
Thanks. Proverbs 31: 8-10
and looking for Miss 11-31
And Blur, I've been considering getting back into the political fray. I was a smaller-time elected public official, and have been asked by my Congressman Kirk about possibly be balloted for a spot. I'm a thinkin'.
LOL! So am I!
Anyway, I already had my bout of depression Monday night. I've since bounced back, been laughing my head off hysterically at the failure of the Judas pact that is now an anchor on the necks of fab 14, amused the Dems are deperate to avoid the label of obstructionist and concentreted on electing Laffey, Ravenal and Kasich to teach certain Mavericks a lesson.
We beat the Dems, we beat the MSM, we can beat the RINO's. And, prayer never hurts.
Another awesome education site:

Gateways to Better Education
Teachers have all kinds of opportunities to teach about the Bible, this site is HUGH in that area....
and Pacific Justice Institute is on the legal front, fighting for freedom of religion, etc.

Romans 8:
18For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.
19For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God.
20For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope
21that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.
22For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now.
23And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body.
24For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?
25But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it.
That was great!! Here Here! BTTT
Hosting events for high level officeholders is always risky because they constantly have interruptions such as crucial Senate votes, natural disasters, and one committee upon I served, when Reagan had to cancel after being shot.
FReepers don't even have a clue as to how mad a person can get at RINOs until they've gone through being a party officer only to be betrayed.
I forgot to preface this post with thanks for your service.
That's not "MY" list. It's blur's and he's fortunate he didn't forget me. Note he has me in the middle...lol. I don't know quite what to make of THAT. LOL.
MFN for China usually gets more votes in Congress from Republicans. The majority of Dems usually vote against it because of labor union pressure. That's not the best reason to oppose MFN for China but it is reality. BUt I would rather reps vote what is in USA's best interest for the wrong reason than otherwise.
Ken Blackwell for Governor of Ohio.
That's a start.
If we want change, we have to change from within (our own party) and take out the RINOs and send them packing home.
Toomey fought a good fight.
He can be our example.
I normally despise vanities, but I think I agree w/ everything you said. Especially about the need to take action in our own lives, influence people we know. Getting your friends involved is more productive than sending the 1,000th email to Bill Frist or whomever. Bold fonts, caps and flame don't change votes.
Time for the amen corner to start putting faith into action.
Hey Blur, you could start a ping list and call it "Blur Busters," in kind of a play on words. Blur meaning foggy, indistinct, or "smoke and mirrors" (as relates to political BS pap,) which is timely to you awesome thoughts, and Blur, you big guy (who is not ANY kind of pap, even a good tasting bowl of it--the pap antithesis, so to speak.) :-)
Blur Busters. Whatcha thinky?
"Note he has me in the middle...lol. I don't know quite what to make of THAT."
Onyx....in a 'gem' setting of fine gold Freepers, of course!
