I heard somewhere today there was a ''Gentlemans Aggrement'' that the RATS would play nice at least for a while and not filibuster Bolten. Thats where those 7 idiots went wrong, mistaking those Rats for gentlemen!McCain's big declaration of victory was that the deal would get the Senate back to business. Back to the business of filibustering.
I am always suspicious when politicians believe that they can somehow miraculously change the tone or environment. When McCain says it, it is BS of the highest order.
