Get caught being a career criminal, with the latest scheme costing a company millions, and then cry hate and racism.
I wouldn't be surprised if the "hate mail" was all printed out in her lawyer's office and posted at the box on the corner. This smells like they're trying to set up for a venue change or a "victim of racism" jury nullification Hail-Mary pass defense.

I agree with your reasoning. I would add that people like her also hurt the chances of consumers with a legitimate case against a business or corporation, such as the people whose children died as a result of e coli in hamburger products sold by Jack-in-the-Box restaurants some years ago. There is no end to the harm caused by such fraud. It would have been far better for everyone if she had stolen checks and cashed them.

I have no connection to Wendy's, but I certainly sympathize with Wendy's employees who lost their jobs and Wendy's itself all because of some crazy, greedy, dishonest lady.

Actually she's worse than that. She's a career con artist, part of the fraud that's costing American consumers billions every year. Compared to her, witches are harmless.
