Clinton never addressed the charges; when questioned he answered, "Well, my counsel has made a statement about the … issue and I have nothing to add to it."

What a puke...

If anyone a hundred years from now is studying how some abuse their positions, this is the perfect example.

I am not talking about Clinton, I am talking about the mainstream media and it's criminal, evil attemts to mold public opinion by giving such a monster, a complete free pass on any crime.

Clinton should have went to jail instead of soiling the White House with his presidency. What a sick bastard.

Sadly, the current president and his family have also been dismissive of Clinton's criminality and abuse of women and power. W and his dad have done more to whitewash BJ's image than the press ever have, with all their cozying up to the bum.

Yes it is enough to make you cry from both sadness and disgust.

Why did she refuse to report it when it occurred, or come forward when Clinton ran for president? "[Given the] mentality of the '70s," she said, "There I was, I was married, I was also in a relationship with another man, and … I was there alone in a hotel room with the attorney general and I didn't think anyone would possibly believe me." As for coming forward during the 1992 campaign, she and her second husband, David Broaddrick, talked about it in 1992, but "[it] brought up a lot of hurt, and a lot of things that I'd buried years ago. And then we just decided it wouldn't be in our interest to do it. So we decided not to." Lisa Myers asked, "Did you receive any payoff to stay silent," to which Broaddrick responded, "Oh goodness, no. I mean how could anyone be bribed or paid-off for, for something that, to not say anything about something that horrible?" No one ever threatened her, either; staying silent for so many years was strictly her choice. Why did she sign a false affidavit? "I didn't want to be forced to testify about one of the most horrific events in my life," she told Lisa Myers. "I didn't want to go through it again." But signing the affidavit hadn't called off the hounds and there she was, reliving it all over again on national TV.

Her silence is somewhat understandable, but she doesn't come across as a very sympathetic figure. How many women suffered needlessly as a result of her silence, including Paula Jones?

Yea, and Pres. Bush is kissing his butt. It makes me sick. The Klintoons are not respectable people.

I think President Bush is practicing that old adage "keep your friends close and your enemies closer". Ever since Clinton has received a little face time with the Presidents Bush, his derogatory comments about the President's policies have ceased. Shoot, he's even spoken out in favor of Social Security reform. Sounds like stratergy to me.

Perhaps but I hate to see the Klintoons get any respect.

Roger that! The MSM should fail into oblivion for their complicity in minimizing the scandals of impeached former president. ~>={

I believe the respect is being shown to the office of the Presidency rather than the man who sullied such an honored position.

I don't understand how so many can put them on a pedestal either. Libs truly are the party of anything goes.

You're a rapist? Come on and be president. You were video-taped yelling to a crowd to kill Police officers? Well, come on! We'll at least let you try for the highest position in our country, and we'll support you if you make it. You are a "Reverund" who impregnates a woman who is not your wife? Well, we have a job for you too. You can come and counsel our President and tell him cigar jobs and blow jobs in the Oval office are the kind of thing best kept from public scrutiny. Bring your mistress with you because thats something you can use as a visual aid to show how not to act.

Unbelievable. They are the scum of the Earth and people hail them as heroes.
