You're going to have to give me tips then on how to keep the followers from getting impatient and whining. They get to be a group...the leader gets to be...alone.

A good leader is alone. It's often lonely at the top.

And he keeps the group together with a common purpose or goal, while he motivates them towards that goal as a group.

And then some fall by the wayside.
