Frist just qualified use of nuke option as conditional on being extraoridinary. Yeah. Because the crapweasel 14 conditioned refusing to vote - the condition being that the nominee is "extraordinary."
Is Frist saying that sometimes refusing to vote is ordinary, and sometimes refusing to vote is extraordinary? I don't think so.
