It's interesting to know that Dean believes Limbaugh is powerful and influential enough to deserve this kind of attention.

It says a lot about where Dean is coming from---and going.

He's setting the stage for his next gig--but I don't believe he can compete with Rush, as Dean does not have the kind of showbiz background Rush does.

Anybody in American politics with any amount of intellectual honesty realizes that Limbaugh is one of the half dozen or so most influential people in politics. The left will never acknowledge this publicly, but they know it.

The one reason that Dean can never compete with Rush is the simple fact that Rush is appealing even to the left and he is not cruel to liberals. Rush often points out that he has close friends who are liberals and he means it, he is a good friend of James Carville even though he makes fun of him all the time.

So, ol' Ho-Weird Dean is gonna take over for Al Franken-stein on Scare America when the latter takes his shot at Norm Coleman next year in Minne-so-ta? I doubt the listeners would even notice a difference!
