Government security forces arrested a key figure in the terrorist "Liwa Al-Noman battalion" in the town of Al-Ramadhi in western Iraq and captured Kamil Al-Aswadi, a close aide to Abu Musaab Al-Zarqawi, chief of another terrorist group, in the southern city of Samara', according to an official statement issued on Tuesday.
