Oh yeah? Well guess what...had Miguel Estrada been recess appointed in 2002, the U of Michigan affirmative action setback would never have been approved. Pryor himself has been on the bench for a year and has written rulings of importance. It is better to have a Conservative on a court than a vacancy. In Saad and Myers cases, it would sway ties into conservative majorities. They could serve until Bush left office, and we can use the time to build our Senate majority to 60 in 2006 and 2008.

My FRiend, as of tonight, THAT dream is dead as a doornail. At this point, I only wonder how many seats the Republicans will LOSE in the 2006 and 2008 elections.
