The anthrax for the postal attacks in the U.S. probably came from Iraq. It was probably passed (in a fairly small quantity) from Iraqi intelligence to AQ.

That would explain why we have not recieved a second anthrax attack even though the letter said 'We have this Anthrax, You Cannot stop us'. We eliminated the source. The only problem with this theory is we have not found more of this anthrax in Iraq. We did find equipment and labs that may have been capable of making the anthrax.
