I may be one of the few people around here who are pleased with this deal.
The Dems have just agreed to confirm 3 most "extreme" judges that they had been blocking for years, and agreed to no filibusters, except under extraordinary circumstances. In return, the Republican side agreed to no rule change... but if the Dems fail to live up to their end of the deal, then even the squishy moderates will be happy to "Nuke".

If you buy into the lie that these judges are "extreme" then you aren't too bright. And if you believe any promise a Democrat makes, you are a fool.

Plus I believe Frist will be pushing to get more than those 3 on the floor for a vote.
