This looks like a win for us. The democrats are the only ones giving anything up. Owens and Brown go forward, the others are open, with no foreiture of our rights to change the rules when the democrats act up again.

Looks like we get Owen and Rogers Brown.

Do you think President Bush is part of this?

So long as that's true I might not be quite as disgusted.... but then it just postpones the real battle to another day, for the Demagogic Party defines "extraordinary circumstances" as any judicial nominee who they see as a threat to their castle of judicial fabulism and anti-constitutional inventions....
